USN look to steer patrol craft training in right direction (video)

During a Patrol Craft Officer Coastal (PCOC) graduation field training exercise for the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS), Victor Arroyo, patrol craft officer instructor at USN contractor RMGS, explained to Shephard how the company is supporting naval military training.

As defined by NAVSCIATTS the high risk PCOC course is a nine week programme mainly consisting of classroom and coastal operation instruction using 25ft and 38ft patrol boats.
